Custom office and copay signs - 9"W x 5"H engraved acrylic check in co-pay wall signs are a professional looking option for displaying standard information for check in procedures at your hospital or clinic. Mount these to the front of your reception desk, near your check in window, or on the wall in your reception or waiting room area.

Signs are 1/16" thick acrylic with sharp looking, laser engraved text. Standard sign reads "Please Check in Here / and notify the receptionist of any changes in / contact information or insurance information. / All co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and / outstanding balances are due upon arrival. / Thank you", but you can include any custom text you require at no extra charge.
