Men's restroom Title 24 California braille signs come in a set with a triangular symbol to be mounted directly on the restroom door, along with a rectangular sign that includes tactile text/graphics and grade 2 braille.
The tactile triangular door sign (with or without the pictograms, text or braille) should be mounted directly to the door 60" above the floor to the center of the geometric symbol. The corresponding Federal ADAAG rectangular sign should be mounted on the wall adjacent to the latch side of the door, 60" above the floor to the center of the sign. (If there is no wall space on the latch side, the sign should be placed on the nearest adjacent wall, preferably on the right.)

Each set comes with a geometric symbol (triangle) to mount directly on the door and a wall sign (9"H x 6"W rectangle) to mount beside the door
Door symbol: 12" Equilateral Triangle (1/4 thick)
Wall Sign: 6"W x 9"H Rectangle (1/8 thick)
If you decide to include tactile graphics on the triangle for the door, they will be 1/32".
